Maid from Hell??? No, Employer from hell!!

It has been such a long time I last wrote a post in english. Well today, as I cant wait untill I go back home to write in burmese, I will just write in english.

I once wrote a blog post about my concern regarding the increasing number of Myanmar girls coming to Singapore to work as maids.  Nothing wrong with working as a maid but I believe that most of the girls are cheated by agents and forced to work as maids. Most of them have degrees and are well educated. But of cuz, their english competency is not that up to the standard and they would probably have difficulty to communicate with their employers. Most of the employers describe Myanmar Maids as irresponsible and rather dumb and that they have attitude problem.  Communication and cultural difference must be a real problem between the two parties I guess.

I read an article in stomp.com.sg about a young Myanmar Maid who is posting sexy photos of herself in Facebook. She is only 22. Her racy photos are posted by her employers in newspaper together with one sided story claiming she is giving her employer addresses and her employer schedules to everyone. Employer mentioned that the maid claimed herself as University Student in her facebook profile. She used her employer 's 10 years old son hand phone to take picture of herself and to post @ facebook using their laptop. Her name is mentioned in the post as Sarad.

Let me tell you why I think this story is rubbish.

•  If her name really is Sarad, I am very sure she is not Myanmar. Who the hell in Myanmar have a name called Sarad?  Possible name should be Sandar, Sandra(rare). If the spelling is wrong, shame on that employer not even knowing their own maid's name .

• She is only 22, young and pretty. We girls always like to take photo of ourselves for some unexplainable reasons. It is normal for her to take pic of herself. Camwhoring should I say! I am not even defending her. I am just saying it is just girls' natural habit.

• If she happens to be Myanmar, I believe she wont post her photo  wearing a bra in Facebook. Which Myanmar girls does?? Wearing sexy clothing is something possible but a bra?? NOOOOO WAYYYY!  So why is her photo with a bra posted in Newspaper.. By the employer of cuz. She just had fun @ one silly moment and took some stupid pics. But it is very unethical of the employer to humiliate the poor girl  in public like that. This is not the first time the employers purposely posted their maid photos to humiliate them. I found quite a couple of times and usually the newspaper will proudly present with two full pages article about the one sided story.

• It is mentioned that she claimed in facebook that she is a university student. If that is true, how on earth will she expose her employer address and schedules?? Dont you find those points very contradicting? If she told others that that's her address then it makes sense. 

• The story said she was having a fling in facebook with somebody she never met before. Dont we all have internet love fling??? So have I. So have other girls. This is not her fault. This is natural call for her age.  I am sure no Myanmar maid will flirt with workers and security guards. I am glad that she has higher standard. 

•  I feel really upset whenever this kind of intentional public humiliation happened to defenseless girls who are working alone in oversea. May be they are silly but they are definitely getting bullied. I am OK with the story even when it sounds one sided. But to expose her photos?? I am extremely disgusted by that kind of behavior.

• Let me share the photos of the girl because she is hella cute in my opinion.  I got the photos from STOMP. I am not trying to defame her. I believe she does nothing wrong other than some silly mistakes that all youngsters does at times. I wish for her all the best and want to urge her to stay strong.

     တစ္ခုသိထားရမွာက Toner ကို အဆီျပန္တဲ့အသားအေရ ရွိသူမ်ားပဲ မျဖစ္မေန သံုးဖို.လိုပါတယ္။ အသားေျခာက္သူမ်ားက Skip လုပ္လို.ရပါတယ္။ ဝယ္တဲ့အခါမွာ Alcohol Free ျဖစ္တဲ့ Toner ေလးကို တကူးတက ရွာဝယ္ေပးပါ။ ေစ်းၾကီးစရာမလိုပါဘူး။ Watson မွာေရာင္းတဲ့ Brand ေတြက ဝယ္လဲရပါတယ္။

    ဒါကေတာ့ လုပ္ႏိုင္ရင္ေကာင္းတယ္လို.ထင္ပါတယ္။ ေစ်းသိပ္ၾကီးစရာမလိုပါဘူး။ ေစ်းခ်ဳိခ်ုဳိနဲ. ေကာင္းတဲ့ ပစၥည္းေတြရွိပါတယ္။ တကယ္တန္း အသားအေရညီခ်င္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ လုပ္ေပးဖို.လိုပါတယ္။ ေန.တိုင္းမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ တစ္ပါတ္မွာ အမ်ားဆံုး ၂ ေခါက္အထိလုပ္ေပးလို.ရပါတယ္။ Body Scrub လုပ္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ တံေတာင္ဆစ္တို. ဒူးေခါင္းတို. ေျခမ်က္စိတို.လို. မည္းတတ္တဲ့ ေနရာေတြကို မ်ားမ်ားလုပ္ေပးရပါတယ္။  အဆီျပန္တဲ့ အသားအေရ ရွိသူေတြက Facial Scrub လုပ္ေပးဖို.လိုပါတယ္။ ေစ်းအသင့္အတင့္နဲ. ေကာင္းတဲ့ Scrub ေလးေတြကို Bodyshop မွာ ရႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

    သူမ်ားေတာ့ မသိဘူး။ ကိုယ္ကေတာ့ ပံုမွန္ ၁လမွာ ၂ေခါက္ေလာက္ လုပ္္ပါတယ္။ ၁ ပတ္မွာ တစ္ေခါက္ ၂ ေခါက္လုပ္သင့္တယ္ လို. Facial Mask ဘူးေတြမွာ ဆိုေပမယ့္ ကိုယ္ကမအားေတာ့ ပံုမွန္မလုပ္ျဖစ္ပါဘူး။ သတိထားရမွာက အဆီျပန္ရင္ ရိုးရိုး မ်က္ႏွာမွာ ကပ္ရတဲ့ Mask မသံုးပါနဲ.။ အဲဒါ အသားအေရ ေျခာက္တဲ့လူေတြအတြက္မ်ားပါတယ္။ အဆီျပန္တဲ့လူေတြက Mud လိုမ်ဳိး Pasty ျဖစ္တဲ့ ဘူးလိုက္လာတဲ့ Mask ေတြနဲ. New York New York ကို ေတြ.တယ္။ ကိုယ္လည္း စမ္းစားၾကည့္ခ်င္တာနဲ. သူတို.ႏွစ္ေယာက္ကို အတင္းေခၚျပီး ဝင္စားတာေပါ့။ Fish & Co နဲ. ညီအစ္မ ဆိုင္လုိ.ေျပာလို.ရတယ္။ Menu ကိုလုပ္ထားတဲ့ပံုက အစ၊ recommendation ေတြ ေပးတာက အစ အိုင္ဒီယာ အကုန္ဆင္တယ္။ ဟင္းေတြကို History ေလးေတြနဲ. ရွည္ရွည္ေဝးေဝး ေသခ်ာ ရွင္းျပထားတဲ့ အိုင္ဒီယာေလးကေတာ့ ေကာင္းပါတယ္။


ကိုယ့္သူငယ္ခ်င္းက ေျပာဖူးတယ္။ New York New York က Fish & Chips က အရမ္းေကာင္းတယ္တဲ့။ သူကလည္း ကိုယ့္လိုပဲ Fish & Co မွာ အလုပ္လုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့ လူပဲဆိုေတာ့ သူကိုယ္တိုင္က recommend လုပ္ရင္ ေတာ္ေတာ့ကို ေကာင္းရမယ္ ထင္ထားတာ။ စႏၵီက Fish & Chips မွာတယ္။ ကိုယ္က မီနူးကို ေလွ်ာက္ဖတ္ေနေသးတယ္။ အဲ ေတြ.တာက Grilled Dory fish with mushroom sauce တဲ့။ အဲဒီဟင္းက အင္မတန္ Clumsy ျဖစ္တဲ့ စားဖိုမွဴးတေယာက္ က Grilled Dory Fish ေပၚကို Mushroom sauce ေတြ ေမွာက္သြားရာကေန အိုင္ဒီယာရလာတာပါတဲ့။ ကိုယ္ေတာ္ေတာ္သေဘာက်သြားတယ္။ ဘဝတူ ကိုးရိုးကားရား ေတြဆိုေတာ့ေပါ့ေလ။ အဲဒါနဲ.ပဲ အဲဒီဟင္းမွာျဖစ္သြားတယ္။  သူ.မီနူးထဲမွာ Steak ေတြေရာ၊ Pasta ေတြေရာရတယ္။  ေစ်းၾကီးလို.မစားျဖစ္ခဲ့ဘူး။ အဟီး။ ဇံဇံကေတာ့ ထမင္းစားျပီးထြက္လာတာ မို.လို. အခ်ဳိပဲြပဲစားမယ္ဆိုျပီး အခ်ဳိပဲြပဲမွာလိုက္တယ္။ ျပီးေတာ့ Starter ထဲမွာ Fried Squid Ring ( Calamari) ကိုေတြ.တာနဲ. Fish & Co က  Fried Cala နဲ. ယွဥ္ၾကည့္ခ်င္လို.မွာလိုက္တယ္။ ေစ်းႏွုန္းက Fish & Co ထက္ကိုေစ်းၾကီးပါတယ္။


ဆိုင္က အဲေလာက္ၾကီးအထိ ခမ္းခမ္းနားနားမရွိပါဘူး။ Service ေကာင္းတယ္။ ဝိတ္တာေတြက  ဖိလစ္ပိုင္ေတြမ်ားတယ္။ ၁၀ မိနစ္ေလာက္ၾကာေတာ့ မွာထားတာေတြလာခ်ေပးတယ္။ ဟင္း presentation ေကာင္းပါတယ္။ စားခ်င္စဖြယ္ေလးေပါ့။ Fish & Chips ၾကီးကလဲ အယ္ေနတာပဲ။ တကယ္တမ္းစားၾကည့္ေတာ့ Grilled Dory က အီအီၾကီးျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ အဲဒီထဲမွာ Mushroom sauce ကလဲ အီဆိုေတာ့ ကိုယ္မကုန္ဘူး။ ထင္ထားသေလာက္ မေကာင္းပါဘူး။ အျမင္လွတာပဲ ရွိတယ္။ စႏၵီ.ဆီက Fish & Chips ကို ယူစားၾကည့္ေတာ့လည္းဘာထူးျခားတဲ့အရသာမွ မေတြ.ပါဘူး။ Fish & Co နဲ.လံုးဝ ယွဥ္လို.မရဘူး (သံေယာဇဥ္ေတြ၊ သံေယာဇဥ္ေတြ) ။ ေအးေလ ပိုလီ သံုးႏွစ္လံုးလံုး  Fish & Co က စာသင္ေပးခဲ့တာလို. ေျပာရေလာက္ေအာင္ လုပ္ခဲ့၊ အဲဆိုင္က ဟင္းေတြနဲ. ရင္းႏွီးခဲ့ေတာ့လည္း သံေယာဇဥ္လက္က်န္ေတြ တပံုတပင္ရွိေနတာ မဆန္းပါဘူး။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဘက္လိုက္တာေတာ့ လံုးဝမဟုတ္ဘူး။ New York New York က  Fish & Co ကို ဘယ္နည္းနဲ.မွ မမွီႏိုင္တာပါ။ သူ.ရဲ. Calamari ကလည္း မၾကြတ္တဲ့ အျပင္ တစ္ကိုက္ကိုက္လိုက္ရင္ အကြင္းလိုက္ၾကီး ကင္းမြန္က အျပင္ထြက္ထြက္လာလို. ေတာ္ေတာ္ ဖံုးရဖိရပါတယ္။ Calamari  နဲ. တဲြစားရတဲ့ Homemade Sauce လုိ.ေျပာတဲ့ ေဆာ့စ္ၾကီးကလည္း မေကာင္းပါဘူး။  ဒီဆိုင္က ဘာေကာင္းလို. ဒီေလာက္နာမည္ၾကီးရလဲေတာ့ မေျပာတတ္ဘူး။ ျမည္းခဲ့ရသမွ်ထဲမွာ ေကာင္းတာ သိပ္မပါပါဘူး။ Fish & Chips တစ္ပဲြကို ၁၅.၉၀ ေဒၚလာေပးရတာ တန္တယ္လုိ. မထင္ပါေၾကာင္း။ ေနာင္လည္း သြားမည္မဟုတ္ပါေၾကာင္း။ ကိုယ္ဆဲြေခၚရာကို လုိက္လာေပးတဲ့ စႏၵီနဲ. ဇံဇံ့ကို ေက်းဇူးတင္ရွိပါေၾကာင္း။ း)

ကံေကာင္းေထာက္မစြာနဲ.ပဲ ဒီရက္ပိုင္းအတြင္း စီးတီးေဟာ ကုိသြားစရာ ၾကံဳတဲ့အတြက္ လိြဳင္ႏိုင္ ဆိုင္မွာ ၃၊ ၄ ေခါက္ေလာက္ ဝင္စားျဖစ္ လို. ရိုက္ လာတဲ့ ပံုေလးေတြ တင္ေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္။

အမယ္အစံုရပါတယ္။ အၾကိဳက္ဆံုး ကေတာ့ ဆိတ္ပုဆိုးၾကမ္း စြပ္ျပဳတ္ပါ။  ဝက္သခ်ဥ္လည္းေကာင္းတယ္။ ရွမ္းေခါက္ဆဲြ၊ ရွမ္းရည္ေပ်ာ္၊ ရွားရွားပါးပါး တို.ဟူးေႏြး၊ ငါးေပါင္း၊ ဝက္သားေပါင္း၊ ဝက္ေခါင္းသုပ္၊ ရွမ္းထမင္းခ်ဥ္သုပ္၊ငါး ထမင္းသုပ္ စသည္ျဖင့္ အစံုရတယ္။ အားလံုးကလဲ အရသာရွိပ။ ဝက္ေျခေထာက္စြပ္ျပဳတ္ ကိုေမ့သြားေသးတယ္။ ကိုယ္မစားမျဖစ္စားတာကေတာ့ ဆိတ္ပုဆိုးၾကမ္းစြပ္ျပဳတ္နဲ. ဝက္သခ်ဥ္ပါ။ မစားဖူးေသးတဲ့ လူေတြ ေနာက္တစ္ေခါက္စီးတီးေဟာ ေရာက္ရင္ ေျမညီထပ္က လိြဳင္ႏိုင္ဆိုင္ကို ဝင္ခဲ့ၾကအံုးေပါ့။ း)

Selfish at times but soft-hearted.

She has a brain inside her chest and a heart inside her head.

Sometimes she is too honest that she becomes a dumbass.

Considered too outgoing, too liberal for her society that she becomes an outcast.

She loves food over family.

She likes to talk to herself whenever she is alone.

She loves the feeling of being bored. :)

She is like a durian. She lives inside a tough thorny outer shell  and doesnt let people come closer to her but she is sweet. Like durian, some people despise her but some people love her to death.

She hates emo and metrosexual guys.

She accepts homosexuality and she thinks there is nothing wrong with two people falling in love with each other no matter what gender they are of.

She wishes for just a simple life and she thinks that life is not meant to be taken seriously.

She never pray but she keeps Buddha in her heart.

She looks for a sense of humour and sincerity in a guy and found one qualified guy.

She can be extremely smart but equally dumb at times and she loves to make fun of herself.

She follows her heart on no matter what she does and she is correct most of the time but when she tries to calculate with her brain, that is when she goes wrong.

If her personality has to be summerized in one word, that would be UNPREDICTABLE .

And she knows very well that she is still immature.

And she still loves who she is despite knowing her flaws. And she wishes that she could be funny, silly, crazy and grouchy person as she is for the rest of her life. And that she could eat till her heart contents every single day for her whole life.

It is good to talk about your own self . Isn't it????? Anyway, I am blessed with a loving family, a caring boyfriend, great friends and great colleagues. What more possibly could I ask for my birthday right??? Feels like I am already near perfect as a human being.. a hee.

Anyway, here is special message to my boyfriend..... Below is my sis's message to my boyfriend and it can summerize whatever I want .... Darling...you must fulfill those wishes....... :)

I think she is really lucky to have u. And I do know that she is sometime unpredictable and really different from other naive kind of rakhine tha ma. But that's who we r and that's what will make the boring lifelong marriage interesting. Love her for what she is although I know u already did. Treasure her as I regardless of thinking that I m better than her, take her as a blessing of my life. And most importantly let her think the way she wants, let her do what she wants, let her handle things which she likes . And let her be who she is. And just try to get out of the mundane couple routine who marry, have babe and die. :) I even if I can't force myself to talk to u, wish u guys the best things which a human can possibly gets.
